1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and tt777 ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the tt777 website at tt777.ws, including all games, betting services, payment processing, promotional offers, and any other services provided through the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of tt777, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the tt777 platform.

3Account Registration and Security

To access tt777's games and betting services, you must register an account using your valid mobile number. Registration is free. By registering, you accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your account.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number and password. Never share your login details with any third party.
• You must notify tt777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. tt777 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions.
• tt777 may require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Players must provide valid identification documents within 72 hours of a KYC request or the account may be suspended.
• Only one account per mobile number, per household and per device is permitted. Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent restrictions will result in all accounts being permanently closed and funds forfeited.
• tt777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time. Failure to comply with verification requests within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction.

Account security is a shared responsibility. tt777 uses SSL encryption and monitors for suspicious login patterns. Players are responsible for using strong passwords, avoiding public networks when logged in, and logging out after each session on shared devices.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

tt777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time they are offered and to the general bonus rules in this section. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of the applicable bonus terms.

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per device. Opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. A player is considered new only upon their first registration on tt777. Players who close an account and re-register do not qualify as new players.
• tt777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already met the wagering requirement at the time of withdrawal will not be affected.
• Bonus abuse, including chip dumping, bonus hunting across multiple accounts and exploiting software errors to accumulate bonus funds, will result in all bonuses being voided and permanent account closure.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tt777 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Money laundering, including using tt777 accounts to process, transfer or conceal funds of illegal origin.
• Fraud, including the use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods, chargeback abuse and identity fraud.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using any software, exploit or technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over tt777's game systems.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing tt777 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account or sharing account credentials with third parties for any purpose.

9Account Suspension and Termination

tt777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, prohibited activities or failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, use of stolen payment methods or any activity that tt777 reasonably believes may be illegal under applicable law.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the player, or a responsible gaming intervention triggered by tt777's internal monitoring systems.
• Court order, legal obligation or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority requiring tt777 to restrict or close the account.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud or Terms violations, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of any applicable verification requirements. Accounts closed due to fraud or prohibited activities forfeit all balances without recourse.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tt777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue or any other losses arising from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues or third-party game provider errors.

tt777 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tt777 does not guarantee that any particular game, betting market or payment method will be continuously available.

13Amendments to These Terms

tt777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tt777 will notify registered players via the mobile number or email address on file, or by posting a prominent notice on the tt777 website, no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of tt777 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
